It is critical to make the right decision when selecting renters for your rental property. We use a Background Screening process which includes credit, income, criminal, rental history and more to ensure the best tenant placement in your property.
Your leasing agent will coordinate move in with the tenant. A walk-through with the tenant at move will be done to document the condition of the property and to create a record that is placed on file.
At the end of the lease, one of our qualified property managers will do a detailed walkthrough report with pictures loaded to your owner portal. We use this walkthrough to close out the tenant’s deposit and charge them for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
